TROUBLE PAYING INSURANCE PREMIUMS DUE TO COVID-19? HERE’S A LITTLE HELP.

First, LPL Risk Management is fully staffed and working remotely. There are so many questions from so many people at this time. Quite frankly, as of 3/23/20 we still don’t have all the information and answers. As the COVID-19 situation evolves, most insurance companies are trying to help. and we suggest the following:

1- See if your carrier has a Mobil app.

2- Set up an account on their website. You can get information quicker this way.

3- If you are having trouble with bill payments, call the billing or accounting  department directly. Most carriers have expressed the willingness to work with hardships.
